Reports from other parts of the middle Congo River drainage, including the area around Pool Malebo (=Stanley Pool) and the Ubangi system (Ref. 47461) probably are misidentifications (see Ref. 87849). Reports from "vicinity of Kisangani, Equateur, north of N'jili, northern Congo" (Ref. 31267) and from eastern Congo (Ref. 3788) need verification. Also Ref. 27139. |
